We, a Hurstville based fast growing fund management company, are seeking for an experienced Home Loan Manager to join our rapidly expanding lending team in a permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Inbound & outbound phone lending advice to pre-qualified customers.

·         Customer service and end to end support for online application.

·         Process home loan applications and refer customers to banks and non bank lenders.

·         Building rapports and knowledge with panel of banks and lending institutes.

·         Generate referrals from existing customers by retaining and deepening customer relationship.

·         Attend mortgage finance/home loan industry seminars and conferences.

·         Assist the lending Manager by processing business loans when required.

Key Requirements:

·         Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking preferable but not mandatory.

·         Good knowledge of home loan market and mortgage finance industry.

·         3 years home loan processing experience preferably in banks or mortgage finance broker firms.

·         Previous phone based sales experience in the mortgage and lending industry will be a plus.

·         Able to work independently.

·         Able to speak fluent English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

·         Able to communicate effectively with borrowers and lenders.

Base salary of $60k + commission. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualification of the applicant.
