【Job Descriptions】
Stage One:
- To file and allocate resources for incoming jobs
- To print examination reports for outgoing jobs
- To pack and send jobs done
- To maintain customer satisfaction
- To answer customer enquiries

Stage Two:
- To disassemble phones and parts for examination
- To isolate problems and suggests solutions
- To monitor transactions
- Research on products and pricing
- Research on updated software and modules
- To market products and services

Stage Three:
- Hand on repair operations
- To develop marketing strategies
- To expand products and services provided
- To monitor and report on operations

【Requirements】
- IT Knowledge and familiar with office work is preferable
- Good Knowledge in various smartphones/mobile/cell phone repair and
servicing would be an advantage
- Recognized Technical Trade Qualification / Diploma in Electronic Engineering
or equivalent is required
- Candidates without the above relevant qualification but with good proven
experiences are welcome
- At least 1 year of Electronics Repair at components and chip level will be an
advantage
- Entry level candidates are also welcomed to apply for interns
